We use The Courier Guy to ensure fast and reliable delivery across South Africa.
Delivery Time:
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 2–3 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and accessible during delivery hours.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free delivery may apply on promotional offers or orders above a specified amount (when applicable).
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your parcel through The Courier Guy tracking system.
Delays:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., public holidays, extreme weather, or courier delays) may affect delivery times.

💸 Refund & Return Policy – Lux Wellness
At Lux Wellness, your health and satisfaction come first.
Due to the nature of our products (health supplements and consumables), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered — this is to ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards for all customers.
No Returns or Refunds Will Be Issued For:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Opened, used, or tampered-with products
- Delays caused by the courier once your order has been dispatched
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [your email address] with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will gladly replace or refund your order after reviewing the issue.
Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been handed over to The Courier Guy, cancellations are no longer possible.
